I can’t recommend Breathe. enough! I had a gloriously easy pregnancy until ~24 or 25 weeks when I woke up one night in terrible pain with what I later learned was a separation of my pubis symphysis due to extreme tightness in my hips and back muscles likely resulting from the type of exercise I had been doing, and a lack of focused stretching of my ever-changing body. The ladies at Breathe. helped me work out tight knots I had developed, gave me stretches to keep them away, and strategic exercises to keep these muscles strong as my body continues to expand and adjust. Several weeks later I’m doing FINE, but when I do have aches and pains, I now have the knowledge to handle them.
