Vision Board your Life
Vision boards are POWERFUL. Expand your comfort zone by expanding the possibilities you see for your future. Discover desires that might surprise you as they float to the surface! We'll do a brain "warm-up" to stretch our dream muscles, then will go to town finding images and words you want on your vision board. We'll even laminate the finished product, which gives it extra impact! Bring magazines and scissors. Posterboard, glue sticks, and laminating will be provided.
Louisa Dykstra is a VP Sales Leader with Norwex who loves to help people clarify their vision! She's a mom, a community leader, and an avid student of the power of positive thinking and brain science.
Participants will need to bring an additional $5 to cover the cost of supplies as well as a few magazines and scissors.

Are you ready to boost your immune system, increase your energy, improve your digestion, find an easy way to replenish after a workout, or even nutritionally support your body for preconception,during postpartum or while pregnant? Come join Melanie for a detailed discussion of her favorite superfoods and how to pull them into a delicious smoothie that your kids will also love! Handouts along with 3 smoothie demonstrations (recipes and taste testing) will be incorporated. All will be gluten and dairy free.
Melanie Schmidt is a Certified Health Coach and mom of 3 small children that is passionate about supporting and empowering women in achieving a healthy lifestyle that fosters joy, presence, energy and optimal physical and emotional health. Melanie believes that weaving in more whole foods, practicing simple mindfulness techniques and doing what gives us joy can be foundational to our health and wellness. She offers Prenatal and Postpartum Health Consultations along wtih a Woman's Health Guidance Program and support for children's health.

Yoga is an ideal route to achieving and maintaining true health because it promotes strength and flexibility of the mind and body. Our classes are designed to be simple yet challenging and accessible by people of all abilities. If you cannot get up from the floor by yourself yet, you’ll use a chair If you are an athlete or busy professional, you’ll be encouraged to slow down and fine tune your body awareness. This is boot camp for the soul.
This is for women who want to: strengthen after baby, improve fertility, stay strong and flexible during pregnancy and manage other hormonal imbalances. It is for women who need to improve their balance, strength and flexibility gently, manage stress, and for those who have diagnoses of diabetes(or pre diabetes), cardiovascular disease, anxiety, depression , joint replacements or chronic pain. We want you to start living the vibrant, active and energetic life you deserve. You’ve waited long enough.

Ayurveda is the traditional, ancient Indian system of health science. Its name literally means, "life knowledge." The Ayurvedic method of holistic healthcare emphasizes balancing the body, mind, and spirit to treat and prevent disease. This 5,000-year-old practice focuses on harmonizing the body with nature through diet, herbal remedies, yoga and meditation, exercise, lifestyle, and body cleansing. It is considered the sister science of yoga. In this workshop you will learn how to incorporate Ayurvedic practices into your everyday life.
Yoga is Medicine: This is gentle yoga. It is slow, breath coordinated and alignment based. Learn to get into yoga poses that feel good and meet you where you are.
Restorative: Mondays at 12:15, Wednesdays at 9:15 and Fridays at 5:15 are restorative days. During these classes we will rest, breathe and focus our attention in deeply supported positions. Learn to truly relax your muscles to alleviate muscle tension and decrease the negative stress response.
Core Focus: Thursdays are core focus day. During these classes we will spend more time identifying and isolating our deep core muscles, including the pelvic floor and learning to actually stabilize and strengthen this elusive muscle group.
Yoga is Medicine
Contemporary Meditation & Mindfulness Instructor Jules Green brings a common-sense, evidence-based approach to meditation. In this class, Jules will guide you through several mindful techniques that are shown to reduce stress and improve physical, mental and emotional health. You’ll be able to continue your practice at home on your own. There are now nearly 7000 scientific studies that all point to one thing: Meditation is good for you. What can meditation do for you and your health? There are so many benefits: improved immune function, improved digestion, increased mental focus and intuitive awareness, normalized blood pressure, increased neuroplasticity (literally changes the landscape of your brain, resulting in easier learning, more compassion, increased mental focus and intuitive awareness), reduced symptoms of PMS and menopause, decreases chronic pain, balanced blood sugar, decreased headaches & migraines, reduced symptoms of anxiety, depression and PTSD… and so much more. In this class, you will learn what meditation is, and what it’s not, and discover how easy it is to incorporate into your daily life.
